What you would do as our MKS System Consultant
You will be managing the design, coordination, and implementation of Master Key Systems (MKS) in close relations with customers, project teams, technicians, sales managers, and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing new and extending existing Master Key Systems for marine and shipbuilding projects.
- Acting as a reliable consultant by advising customers on system layouts, lock solutions, and key system options that best meet their needs.
- Creating and maintaining key plans, obtaining customer approvals, and preparing finalized plans for production and order processing.
- Coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth partnership between customers, project teams, technicians, shipyards, sales teams, and customer service.
- Building strong customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with locking systems, access solutions, or related technologies, and is comfortable understanding and applying technical product knowledge. Experience as a locksmith or working with master key systems is considered an advantage.
- Is detail-oriented, patient, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicates effectively in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Is an organized, proactive, and accountable team player who can work independently, build strong relationships across teams, and adapt to new systems and tools.
Experience with TSM Security Master, as well as knowledge of the marine, shipbuilding, or maritime industry, is considered an advantage.
