This is a one-year fixed-term position.
What you would do as our Customer Service Representative
You would be in charge of smooth order management and delivering an excellent customer experience by coordinating customer requests, sales activities, and supplier interactions.
You would also:
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining proactive customer contact, answering inquiries, providing product and delivery guidance, and managing the shared sales inbox.
- Prepare quotations, process sales and vendor orders, handle invoicing, and ensure accurate order administration throughout the order lifecycle.
- Monitor order status, coordinate with factories and suppliers, follow up on deliveries, communicate delays, and support e-Store and RMA requests.
- Check lead times and supplier capacity, place orders according to customer requirements, and report any discrepancies in customer records, pricing, or product information.
- Contribute to effective internal cooperation and information exchanged across departments to ensure smooth processes and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma; additional education in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Brings experience in customer service, has a strong customer focus, and can quickly develop product knowledge.
- Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is considered a plus.
- Is comfortable working with business systems, digital tools, and data-driven solutions to support daily operations. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage, although experience with other ERP systems is also valuable.
- Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams and departments.
