What you would do as our Assistant Sales Manager
You would accurately enter and maintain product and customer data in Salesforce, ensuring strong data integrity and efficient reporting. You would also prepare and send quotations for small scale projects, delivering timely and precise information to our customers. The role also includes some travel.

 

You would also:
• Generate leads by conducting prospecting activities and reaching out to potential new customers to support business growth. You would track and follow up on new leads and early stage opportunities to help maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide administrative support, assisting with internal tasks, reporting, and documentation to help streamline team operations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to create professional presentations for customer meetings. You would work directly with the Sales Manager, supporting presentations, budgeting, and Salesforce-related tasks.
• Support the Sales Manager by assisting with responsibilities while they focus on larger project quotations and strategic work with the Senior Sales Manager.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in administrative or assistant roles, with confidence in contacting potential and existing customers and working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, with a customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• A highly organized, proactive, and adaptable approach, demonstrating strong time‑management and analytical skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
