About the role
As Area Sales Manager within HLAD EMEA, you will sell our Megadoor solutions - large fabric doors used in applications such as aviation, military, shipyards and heavy industry. The role is centred around solution selling, where you provide customers with a complete technical and commercial offering.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, from leads to signed contracts. You work both strategically and operationally with our portfolio which includes technical support, pricing, customer visits and driving project‑specific sales opportunities. You are responsible for accurate and timely entry into our CRM system ISAC and input to our sales forecasts.
In addition, you will follow up on leads, prepare quotation documentation, analyse customer and market data, support marketing activities, and contribute to the development of internal processes and sales material. You will be the customer’s voice internally and will work closely with engineering, production, project management and procurement.
Your sales area centers around Northern and Eastern Europe. You will be part of a team consisting of three additional area sales managers, technical support and order handling and report to the Sales Manager EMEA.
We believe that you have
- A three‑year upper secondary technical education.
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, project sales or similar
- Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English (German is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Mimer and CRM systems (experience from iSAC is a merit)
- Experience working with international customers and in international business environments
