Job Description & Requirements


Warehouse Responsibilities


1. Receiving & Inspection


- Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders.
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.

 

2. Storage & Organization

 

- Label, store, and arrange products systematically.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

 

3. Inventory Management


- Assist in stock counts and cycle checks.
- Update inventory records in warehouse management systems.

 

4. Order Fulfillment

 

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in shipments.

 

5. Logistics Support

 

- Coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries.
- Assist in loading/unloading vehicles safely.

 

6. Health & Safety Compliance

 

- Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
- Report hazards or incidents promptly.

 

 

Workshop Responsibilities

 


1. Assembling of cylinders and locks


2. Cutting / Engraving of keys and locks

 

 

Other Responsibilities

 


1. Assist or take charge of any other ad-hoc projects and/or assignments (Subject to agreement with your immediate superior) which might be assigned by the company.

 


Skills & Qualifications

 

 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (Average 15-20kgs/ carton)

 

  • Basic computer literacy (Inventory software, MS Office)

 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.

 

  • Ability to understand English with basic written and verbal communication skills

 

  • Team player with positive working attutude.
