Project Sales Executive



Job Responsibility 

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales target
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales
  • Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors
  • Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Project planning and management
  • Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
  • Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project
  • Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule
  • Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works
  • Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account



  • Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers and supplier
  • Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related
  • Skills in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus
  • Graduate of any marketing course or equivalent
