Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Singapore (Ubi) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: SGD $4,500 – $5,500 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead the implementation and manage the project team. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years in Project Management with proven success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM or equivalent).
• Experience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn Entrance System applications and lead implementations.
• Expertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
