主要职责/任务:

1、根据公司及部门销售目标开展销售工作,完成各项销售指标。
2、主动收集项目信息并进行合理分析,提高项目成功率。

3、对现有市场和客户进行分析,发现客户的潜在需求,引导相关客户现有需求,达成销售目标;
4、根据客户需求的特点,独立和配合经销商为客户提供最优产品解决方案;
5、负责独立或配合经销商进行与客户之间的商务谈判,建立客户关系,提高合同额和利润率;
6、负责协调各种内部、外部资源,解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题,提高客户满意度;
7、负责对项目回款过程的监控和执行,提高回款率;
8、通过客户回访,了解客户需求及潜在需求,以提高客户满意,促成客户二次开发;
9、上级领导交待的其他工作事项。

 

专业知识、技能和语言要求:

1、大专及以上学历,2年及以上外企建材相关工作经验。

2、工作责任心强,认真负责,有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及创新精神。

3、性格开朗,表达能力及沟通能力强,具备一定的抗压能力。

4、能够熟练运用OFFICE办公软件
