The Production Supervisor role is a collaborative position that plays a key role in the success of the EMEA Fulfilment Operations. The person selected for this role will ensure that the Production, Warehouse and Shipping operations remain smooth and efficient, lead the team to daily meet operational and business metrics, monitor employees’ performance, support production activities that encompass labor capacity, planning, efficiency, process improvements, lead time adherence, production schedules, and on time delivery.

As our Production Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Hosting daily production meetings to discuss safety and business metrics.
- Reviewing daily build plan issued by production planning to establish departmental work schedules and priorities.
- Reviewing performance metrics and provide root cause, corrective action for missed targets.
- Monitoring and maintaining employee performance by assisting employees via coaching, mentoring, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring employees are educated on departmental issues and aware of the company’s goals and objectives.
- Making decisions and solving problems by analyzing data and evaluating results to optimize production.
- Communicating product or material issues with appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper and safe operation of all production equipment.
- Preparing and submitting reports and proper analysis to senior management as required.
- Adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure and comfortable working with ambiguous situations.

Your Experience and Education include:
- 4-year degree in business or engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of related manufacturing leadership experience required.
- Must have the ability to perform complex additions, subtractions, etc.
