1、大专学历及以上,专业不限,工科类专业优先; |
2、三年以上工程项目工作经验,有入户门、智能锁工程销售类工作经历优先; |
3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力,具有良好的数据计算和分析能力; |
4、具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力; |
5、勤奋,执行力强,能出差。 |
具体工作内容 |
1、对接各大区工程经销商,下沉地产大客户各城市项目公司,负责大客户集采项目落地; |
2、对地产大客户集采落地项目整体运作,确保项目按照流程正常进行; |
3、把控整体项目,主动对客户项目方案进行优化,结合集采框架协议和项目实际情况提供有竞争力的方案和报价; |
4、参与大客户经理处理集采招投标,包括但不限于制作标书、产品打样等; |
5、直属领导安排的合规范围内其它工作。 |
