RESPONSIBILITY

  • Initiate business development activities for professional customers, includes developers, hardware consultant, designers and architects, such as organizing seminars, participation in fairs and exhibitions to recommend and specify our brand and products.

积极开展针对专业用户(包括开发商、建筑五金顾问、建筑设计师等)的业务发展活动,如组织产品研讨会,参加展会以推荐并指定公司的品牌和产品。

  • Establish the customer profile of designers, architects, owners, main contractors and key accounts by different region.

建立不同地区的建筑设计师、甲方、总包、大客户等客户名册。

  • Based on the requirement of sales team, timely and regularly visit designers and architects to present ASSA ABLOY products and project application and organize seminars to extend business opportunities

配合销售团队的需求,及时并定期拜访现有的设计院及设计师,推广亚萨合莱品牌和产品,组织协调开展当地产品研讨会。

  • Work closely with architects, designers, owners and decoration companies to write the specification of ASSA ABLOY products to the projects

与建筑师、设计师、业主方及装饰公司紧密互动,为亚萨合莱产品推广指定上图。

  • Take an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflect the feedback and information from market and make reasonable suggestions

积极参加公司的各种业务活动。及时对市场上的信息和反馈做出反应并提出合理的建议。

  • Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company

为我们的客户提供优质的服务,帮助建立一个良好的公司声誉和品牌形象。

  • Other tasks assigned by management.

管理层安排的其他工作。

 REQUIREMENTS

 

  • BS above degree, major in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years experiences in specification related positions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills with the ability to lead presentations
  • Ability to work independently or with limited guidance
