Senior Sourcing Specialist

1. Generate, implement and act according to the defined sourcing strategy
2. Monitor electronics components supply markets and interpret market intelligence
3. Lead the supplier selection based on benchmark process
4. Manage negotiations and contracts for EMS suppliers within Division
5. Lead supplier performance (score card) follow up
6. Continuously update and manage sourcing information in Savings Tracker, ERP, and other company system according to policies and procedures
7. Support the sourcing team with various tasks
8. Coordinate and represent sourcing in R&D and VAVE projects
9. Be the link between supplier and R&D/Engineering
10. Sourcing responsible of new product introduction and existing product changes until sample approval
11. Evaluation of supplier's capability and other important parameters
