Product Marketing Manager

The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Greater China and South East Asia division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses and institutions. The region has about 6,500 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed across multiple Asia Pacific markets including China and SEA. •    Market proposition- Understand marketing customer segmentation & value proposition
•    Product roadmap- Translate market trends into a compelling product direction. Define the product vision and drive the roadmap
•    Product launch- Understand customer needs and translate them into requirements, drive product launches
•    Offering packages- Create offering packages (presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, web pages, blogs, PR) and train sales teams on how to promote
•    Marcom events- Manage and measure local promotion program & marcom campaign to deliver high ROI
•    Ensure strong technical support to sales team.
•    Other designated proper work from management


•    Fluent in English and Chinese, especially excellent in spoken English
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
•    3+ years demonstrated excellence in marketing, esp. product marketing
•    Ability to use data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations
•    Experience of independently developing products
•    Relentlessly high standards and an eagle eye for detail
•    High degree of creativity and ability to influence
•    Decision making, problem solving and analytical capabilities
•    Leadership attitude
•    Excellent written, verbal communicating and presentation skills
