Logistics Specialist

Resposibilities:

1.及时完成系统开票 Timely invoice in ERP

2..就订仓和出货问题与货运公司联络-Contact with forwarders for booking & shipping issues

3.制作出货资料Make shipping documents

4.回复客户出货相关问题Reply the customers for the shipping issues

5.与客户核对发票Check invoices with customers

6.熟悉信用证流程优先考虑 - Familiar with L / C process is preferred

Requirements:

1.大专及以上学历Junior College or above

2.两年以上货物出口操作相关经验，熟悉出口流程和实务操作Two years relative goods export operational experences, famillar with practical operations

3.需具备良好的英语读写能力. Good English reading and writing skills
