Learning and Development Intern
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Innovatively coordinate and implement development initiatives per training schedule and plan
• Prepare and draft infographics for L&D courses/programs, E-learning courses design etc.
• Software: Articulate, Canva, Slido
• Coordinate training logistics
• Assist with maintaining learning database to ensure accuracy in a timely manner and output measurement results, create and execute learning evaluation strategy and methods that align with course objectives and determine learning transfer
• Co-facilitate face-to-face or virtual training sessions (such as workshop, discussion panels, sharing forums etc…), like workshops for New Hires, workshops for leadership team, leadership programs etc.
• Other assigned ad hoc tasks in relate to L&D topics
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
• 0-2weeks: get familiar with GCSEA L&D basics (framework, strategy, focused plan YTD, main programs/initiatives, key focus in the year) and GCSEA organization
• 3-4weeks: support the L&D programs like Accelerated Together We Lead program, Talent Management Process 2025, yearly L&D dashboard etc.
• 5-24weeks: suggest L&D initiatives when necessary
