Learning and Development Intern

POSITION SUMMARY
• This role will be part of Learning and Development GCSEA team, mainly responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of the Learning and Development programs
• Will perform a wide variety of project support and coordination tasks to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development projects in GCSEA
• This will be done under the guidance of direct supervisor and in collaboration with other members of the Learning and Development team, HR Business Partners
Must Have:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and Development
• Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills • Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc. • Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability Job Description
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work with virtual team and be a good teammate
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional, dynamic global environment with changing priorities
• Self-reflection and deal with ambiguity
• Creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus
