Responsibilities:

工作职责

  •  Analyze the Chinese market, source, develop and maintain key customers according to industry development trends, assist sales managers to formulate short-term and long-term sales strategies.
  • 分析中国市场,根据行业发展趋势,寻找,发展,维护大客户,协助销售经理以制定短期和长期的销售策略
  • Responsible for the screening and developing major customers in key industries – Logistics & Freezer
  • 负责在重点行业-物流、冷链行业大客户的筛选和开发工作。
  • Make comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the customer's business development plan, organizational structure, decision-making process, and the establish and maintenance of strategic cooperative relations with key customers.
  • 深入了解客户,全面了解客户业务发展规划,组织架构,决策流程,建立和维护好和大客户的战略合作关系
  • Customer focus, in-depth understanding of key customer needs, to develop appropriate products and after-sales service programs, improve customer satisfaction.
  • 以客户为中心,深入了解客户需求,为重点客户制订合适的产品和售后服务方案,提升客户满意度。
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly OI and sales revenue target
  • 实现每月,每季度和每年的OI和销售收入目标
  • Control payment terms and AR status to ensure safe cash flow
  • 控制付款条件和应收账款状态以确保安全的现金流

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 本科学历
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • 有上进心和自我驱动力
  • Able to handle work stress positivelyand communicate clearly and effectively.
  • 能够积极应对工作压力, 清晰有效地沟通
  • Able to work within a diversified team and contribute positively.
  • 能够在多元化的团队中工作并做出积极的贡献
  • At least 3 years of experience in key customer sales, experience in key industries – Logistics & Freeze.
  • 在物流冷链行业至少有3年以上的销售工作经验
  • Experience in the field of building materials with key customers is preferred.
  • 在建材领域有大客户经验的优先考虑
  • Willing to travel.
  • 愿意出差
