Factory customer service

 

Job description:

Receive BU BP sales order in ERP system, follow up and make sure orders will be ship out on time.

 

Daily Tasks:

  • Maintain Sales Order in Axapta system;
 
  • Receive SO, follow up and make sure orders will be ship out on time;
 
  • Communicate with customer and internal department to solve the reference orders issues;
  • Assist shipping team arrange the shipment, make sure the good can be arrived at customers’ site smoothly;
 
  • Send weekly report to Business Unit
 
  • Accurate order management and analysis;
 
  • Follow up orders status timely and delivery follow up;
 
  • Keep factory OFR.
 

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Familiar with work in ERP system (AR module).
  • Familiar with factory order handling.
  • Good on English reading; writing and speaking
 

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Junior College or above
  • More than 3 years relative order handling and follow up experiences.
