FSSC Accountant (General Ledger & Tax)

Job Purpose:
Process accounting transactions in line with Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards.
Delivery high level customer service within responsible areas.
 
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of daily operation including provisions, accruals, Amortizations, asset or inventory adjustments, foreign exchange revaluation, audit or tax adjustments, and etc., according to company policies and related Delegation of Authorities
根据公司政策和相关授权，负责总账日常处理工作，包括准备金、预提、摊销、资产或存货、外汇重估、审计或税务调整等凭证处理
Fixed Assets registration, transfer, disposal and etc., Follow up CIP status and transfer to FA in time
固定资产登记、转让、处置等相关工作，跟踪在建工程的情况，及时做相关跟踪和处理
Perform preliminary ERP trial balance review during monthly closing, analyse account movement, perform reconciliation & resolution, follow up on the outstanding issues identified.
在每月月结期间进行科目表的复核检查，分析账户变动情况，确保月结的准确，每月进行资产负债所有科目的对账，跟踪并且协调解决出现的问题。
Prepare statutory report for Tax and Statistical purpose on a monthly basis, Ensure a proper and timely reporting in compliance with accounting standard.
每月编制法定税务及统计报表，确保报表符合会计准则。
Support and coordinate with internal/external audit, provide related supporting documents.
支持和协调内外部审计工作，提供相关证明文件。
Monthly TAX declaration, Prepare related reports and tax analysis.
每月税务核算及申报，编制相关报表及纳税分析。
Coordinate with cross functions to ensure close process is performed effectively and efficiently.
与跨职能部门协调工作，确保有效、高效地完成月结工作。
Assist or participate process/system improvement.
协助参与内部流程/系统改进。
Other ad hoc projects where necessary.

Position Requirement:
Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies
本科及以上学历，会计、金融或商务专业
5+ years finance experience, at least 2 years of work experience as the General Ledger and TAX Accountant
5年以上财务工作经验，至少2年总帐和税务会计工作经验
Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, can work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline.
责任心强，乐于学习，能承受工作压力，能按时完成任务
Good teamwork player with adequate communication skills
良好的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Be familiar with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX and HFM experience will be a plus
熟练使用微软办公软件，ERP系统，有AX和HFM经验者优先
Additional certification of CPA and ACCA is preferred
有注册会计师和ACCA证书者优先
