Electronic Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for New product introduction (NPI):
- Trouble shooting and optimizing existing products & processes
- Responsible for FW/SW programing, upgrading and solving issues.
- Set electronic components test and qualification in test lab in factory.
- Participate to qualify new supplier with sourcing and quality functions
- Be responsible for the Electronic Product manufacturing process review in vendor side and in-house, following up to solve issues found.
- Assist cost estimation for new product development
- ECN (Engineering Change Notice) on electronic implementation and following.
- Be responsible for Electronic Technical Support to other department’s requirements.
- Analyze and follow up to solve technical complains and lead to take corrective action to prevent similar problem from happening again.
- Act as a contact person in China for technical questions towards R&D both for hardware and software.
Skills and abilities
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic Engineering or related major.
- 3-5 years working experience in electronic field with successful cases of electronic hardware design or manufacturing. Experience on RFID,LCU is plus.
- Has experience of FW/SW, or/and APP development.
- Familiar with electronic design tools. AD is preferred
- Familiar with DFM/DFA, FEMA etc. process development and Risk management tools
- Ability on decision-making & problem solving.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams (R&D, production) and external manufacturers to clarify needs and promote problem resolution.
- Have a rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong learning ability, and be able to keep up with the latest developments in electronic HW technology.
- Experience of project management is plus.
- Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
