EAC Channel Sales
工作职责:
- 积极完成月度和年度的销售目标,协同团队提升项目整体效益;
- 清晰的,多维度的将全年销售任务分解,并进行销售预测;
- 熟悉安防门禁产品的各种应用和趋势;
- 能开发优质的门禁分销商,并维护良好的合作关系;
- 能不断开拓市场并建立渠道销售网络;
- 能为分销商提供较好的支持,包括其产品及销售培训;
- 可协同其他销售人员以及职能部分进行跨部门合作;
- 完成上级指派的其他任务。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上的学历,机电工程等相关专业优先;
- 至少拥有3年及以上的安防门禁系统领域的销售经验;
- 积极主动、自律性强、具备团队精神,能在压力下工作,结果导向型,善于倾听;
- 需要具备优秀的沟通协调能力以及一定的英语读写能力;
- 能适应频繁出差。
