Job Overview

As the HR Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in the company's human resources management system. You will be fully responsible for planning, organizing, and leading human resources operations to ensure that all human resources strategies are closely integrated with business operations and contribute to the company's continued and efficient development in the GCSEA market and the achievement of strategic goals. You will lead and build an outstanding human resources operation system for the company by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and strengthening data analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities 

C&B Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Based on the company's overall strategic goals, formulate and implement corresponding human resources operation strategies and annual plans to ensure that the human resources operation strategies are aligned with the business strategic direction and can effectively support the business development needs.
  • Regularly evaluate the implementation effect of human resources operation strategies in each factory and business department, provide analysis reports and improvement suggestions, and continuously promote the optimization and improvement of the human resources operation system.
  • Develop a structure, policies, frameworks and processes to support C&B strategy; design and implement regional benefits programs that contributes to talent attraction and retention 
  • Partner with the Leadership team, and HRBP to understand ASSA ABLOY business strategy, growth plan, C&B gaps and challenges 
  • Set up effective C&B strategies, processes and programs for talent attraction and retention purpose 
  • Drive and participate in projects – working in collaboration with business leaders and HR communities to implement C&B programs and initiatives in the region covering job grading, salary & bonus review and benefits program 
  • Identify trends and implement new C&B practices to engage and motivate employees 
  • Designs the compensation structures in the organization including grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values 

Optimization of Human Resources Processes and Efficiency Improvement

  • Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the existing business processes in each module of human resources (recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.). Identify pain points and bottleneck issues in the processes. Use advanced management concepts and methods to design and implement optimization plans to improve the overall efficiency and quality of human resources operations.
  • Introduce or promote effective human resources management tools and technologies, realize the digital management of human resources information, improve data accuracy and timeliness, and at the same time provide strong support for decision-making through data analysis, promoting the intelligent transformation of human resources management.

   Employee Relations

  • Build positive and harmonious employee relations, formulate and improve employee communication mechanisms, corporate culture construction plans, etc. Timely understand employees' needs and opinions, handle employee complaints and disputes, create a good working atmosphere, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pay attention to changes in labor laws and regulations, ensure that all aspects of the company's human resources management work are legal and compliant, prevent and resolve labor employment risks, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and employees.

Divisional HR Project

  • Not limited to be agile HR resource to lead or support divisional project, BU/Regional project to support business needs

 

Key Requirements 

  

  • Possess excellent strategic thinking ability, a holistic view, and systematic thinking ability. Be able to formulate and implement effective human resources operation strategies from the perspective of the company's overall strategy and promote organizational development and change.
  • Have outstanding leadership, team management, and communication and coordination abilities. Be able to effectively lead and motivate cross-regional and cross-departmental teams, coordinate various resources, and achieve work goals. Have strong problem-solving and decision making abilities and be able to quickly respond to complex and changeable human resources management issues and make reasonable decisions.
  • Have good project management ability and be able to organize and promote the smooth progress of multiple human resources projects to ensure the on-time and highquality delivery of projects. Have strong learning ability and innovative spirit, pay attention to industry trends and the latest development trends in the field of human resources, and continuously optimize work methods and management models.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • Solid experience in business understanding, a HRBP background is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization, candidate from C&B consulting background are encourage to apply 
  • Indepth understanding of international/regional C&B and employee relation; able to work strategically and operationally 
  • Good insight in term of differences between market and how to approach them and able to take a flexible and inclusive approach 
  • Good in both formulation of C&B strategy to execution, and designing the pay strategy to performance  
  • Good problem solving skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment 
  • Result-oriented and with strong stakeholder management skills across all levels. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
