1.   RESPONSIBILITY         :       

 •        盼盼智能锁技术视频制作:安装视频、使用视频、拆解视频、爆炸图解;
•        2024年增加耶鲁产品技术视频制作:安装视频、使用视频、拆解视频、爆炸图解;
•        线上+线下培训:盼盼店面促销员技术讲解、店面服务工程师技术培训、呼叫中心客服技术培训、电商客服技术培训;
•        2024年增加耶鲁产品线上+线下培训:店面促销员、电商客服、呼叫中心客服,现场服务工程师技术培训;
•        盼盼零配件储备规划、产品迭代导致的新老配件替换、储备;
•        2024年增加耶鲁产品零配件储备规划、产品迭代导致的新老配件替换、储备;
•        盼盼批量问题跟踪、处理、反馈;
•        2024年新增耶鲁产品批量问题跟踪、处理、反馈;
•        服务工程师现场疑难问题实时指导;
•        技术问题周报、月报整理发布;
•        其他协助事项;
2.  REQUIREMENTS         :        

•        大专及以上学历;;
•        1年以上智能锁制造行业工作经验;
•        智能家居/家电售后服务从业经验优先;
•        具备智能锁的相关专业知识,熟悉制做流程;
•        良好的沟通、协调能力和统筹管理能力,责任心强,工作主动严谨;
