Job Summary:

Support Compliance operations and perform legal research in APAC countries.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Support on code of conduct case log and statistics.
  • Edit the case report and upload to case management system with supervision of line manager.
  • Support on the due diligence review of third parties.
  • Support on the screening of export business partners.
  • Support on compliance communications.
  • Support on legal research, track key changes to laws and regulations in APAC countries, prepare preliminary report.
  • Translate documents as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • University/colleague students major in law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in excel.
  • Ability to understand legal terms in commercial environment.
  • Good communication and English skill.
