Area Sales Manager



工作职责 Responsibilities:


  • Grow the business aggressively in targeted market segments through direct sales; participate in contract negotiation and signing, accelerating payment collection
  • 通过直销方式,在目标市场积极发展业务;参与合同的谈判与签订,并推动项目回款
  • Develop sales plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for each area
  • 制定销售计划,完成区域内的销售和盈利目标
  • Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with key clients
  • 与大客户建立并保持良好的合作关系
  • Recruit, train, coach, manage and improve the performance of the assigned area sales engineers
  • 招聘、培训、指导、管理和提高指定区域内的销售人员的绩效
  • Lead and motivate the area sales teams to maximize local business opportunities
  • 领导、激励区域内的销售团队,最大程度的获取当地商机
  • Manage day-to-day operations of regional team
  • 区域团队日常工作管理
  • To communicate with customers on project-related issues, grasp and give feedback on the market information and competitive product information
  • 和客户就项目相关问题沟通,掌握并反馈市场信息,竞品信息
  • Report to regional sales manager; organize, analyze, and report area sales data regularly
  • 汇报给大区销售经理;定期对区域内销售数据进行整理,分析,并提供销售数据
  • Strengthen team work in sales, project management and service
  • 加强销售和项目管理,服务的团队合作
  • To work closely with other department to improve quality and business process
  • 与其他运营部门紧密协作,提高质量和业务流程


任职要求 Requirements:


  • About 5 years direct industry sales management experience
  • 5年工业产品直销管理经验
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and people management skills
  • 良好的领导、沟通、谈判、人际关系和人员管理技能
  • Strategic thinking and sound financial knowledge
  • 战略思维和健全的财务知识
  • Leading by example high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others

  • Ability to translate and simplify strategy into specific actions with clear accountability

  • Ability to travel as required
