Service Operations Leader
The Service Operations Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service department .This role leads service technicians and coordinators, optimizes field operations, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives customer satisfaction while achieving operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day service operations for industrial door and loading dock equipment.
* Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency breakdowns, and installations.
* Monitor and improve service productivity, first-time fix rate, and technician utilization.
* Ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
* Coordinate field service schedules and optimize technician routes and workloads.
* Manage service capacity during peak periods and emergency situations.
* Lead, coach, and develop service coordinators, planners, and field technicians.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and establish development plans.
* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
The skills and experience you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in service, aftersales or operations
- Technical proficiency and the ability to convey complex product information effectively
- Goal oriented personality with high level of strategical thinking
- English on communicative level
- Experience in corporate environment is a plus
