What you would do as our Commercial Product Manager for Digital Services & Data Analytics:

Gather and assess market and customer feedback to refine product features and enhance user experience, collaborating with stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable requirements, and overseeing the launch and rollout of digital services globally. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics to identify value creation opportunities and ensure the efficiency and scalability of digital service offerings.

You would also:

  • Focus on product management by optimizing product portfolio features and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure clear definition and prioritization of product requirements.
  • Oversee the effective launch and rollout of Digital Services offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using data analytics to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Provide input on data quality requirements and metrics to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Drive the entire product development process from conceptualization to commercial launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Prioritize feature development based on strategic alignment and ROI while overseeing the global rollout of Digital Services offerings across business units in the markets.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong product and project management skills with understanding of Software, Data, AI, ML technologies.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on product management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B product development and launch.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in international team collaboration.
  • Ability to interact regularly with Marketing & Digital Solutions Team, local country management, customers, and internal product teams.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German and English; familiarity with SaaS concepts.

We are legally obliged to pay the collective minimum of EUR 50.000 (Base Fulltime). Depending on qualifications and experience we definitely offer a significant overpayment market-based.
