What would you do as our Financial Controller
As a Financial Controller, you will be part of our financial team, supporting with reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone proactive and able to work autonomously. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
You would also:
• Support the controlling manager in all processes and activities related to planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare the monthly reporting for the areas of your responsibility. • Upload and verify data for monthly closing and forecasts and perform ad hoc analysis related to specific projects
• Identify and suggest actions, to support the achievement of performance targets.
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and group procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
• Some business experience with an understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) is highly appreciated. Experience in accounting is a plus.
• Professional knowledge of Italian and a good level of English (B2).
• Good knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel.
• Is curious and proactive, with a critical mind in reading numbers, the ability to work in a team, and the capability to adapt to priority change.
