Salary range: €38,000 - €45,000 depending on experience.

 

What you would do as our Finance & Administration Lead
As our Finance & Administration Lead, you will be the local finance expert and trusted business partner for Traka Italy. Working closely with the General Manager, Group Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, you will ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting, and efficient business processes that support the continued growth of the business.

 

You would also be responsible for:
• Managing day-to-day finance activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, treasury, cash flow monitoring, banking activities and month-end close processes.
• Preparing financial reports, management accounts, forecasts and business performance analysis while assisting Group reporting requirements and audits.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, supplier payments and working capital management, maintaining strong financial discipline across the business.
• Assisting inventory valuation, intercompany reconciliations, compliance requirements and financial controls in line with ASSA ABLOY policies and procedures.
• Acting as the primary Finance & Administration contact for the Italian business, driving process improvements and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration, ideally within an international company, manufacturing environment or SME.
• Has strong knowledge of financial accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, treasury activities, month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Has experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or similar, combined with advanced Excel skills.
• Is analytical, detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Is fluent in Italian and has good written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset.

 

Nice to have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, as well as experience working within an international reporting environment.
