Controller Junior



We are looking for a Controller who could be a proactive member of the controlling team with her/his skills and competencies. 


The position has the responsibility to take care of:

  • Supporting the controlling manager in all processes and activities related to planning, forecasting, and cost control. 
  • Preparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of her/his responsibility.
  • Uploading and verification data for monthly closing and forecasts
  • Performing ad hoc analysis related to specific projects.
  • Identifying and suggesting actions, to support the achievement of performance targets.
  • Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and group procedures. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   


Education & job experiences:
•    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required
•    2 - 3 years of relevant business experience with a complete understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow). Experience in accounting (payables, CAPEX & depreciations, etc) is a plus. 
•    Italian & English professional knowledge mandatory.
ICT skills:
•    Very good knowledge of Office suite and extremely strong Excel skills;
•    Good experience with reporting tools (Power BI) and ERP systems ( AS400)
•    Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is a plus.
