Joining the Registration Department:

IdenTrust, part of HID Global, is a public key certificate authority that provides digital certificates to financial institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies and enterprises. The Registration team processes all incoming applications for the various certificate types.

 

As our Registration Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Contacting customers directly to resolve application related discrepancies.
  • Processing incoming mail to match up with pending applications, specialized request forms, notarized forms, disputes, and other documentation.
  • Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and contact appropriate agencies to determine validity of notary.
  • Ensuring security and privacy is maintained with a high degree of integrity.

 

What we will love about your background: 

  • Experience in data entry, business administration, office management, banking, or compliance.
  • Ability to securely handle customer data.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.

 

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1-3 years of customer service or administrative office experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
    • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm

Work Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Candidate must agree to, and successfully pass a comprehensive background check to include:
  • Education Verification
  • Past seven (7) years of Employment History verification
  • Financial review (credit worthiness);
  • Civil review (public records, judgments, liens, etc.);
  • Criminal background check; and
  • 9-Panel Drug screening
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
