This is a full-time, on-site role which, when not spent with clients, involves working closely with local teams and reporting directly to the Country Manager.
What you would do as our Sales Product Manager
You would drive the sales growth of ASSA ABLOY’s product portfolio in Lithuania. This role bridges the gap between our factories and the local market, ensuring that our advanced mechanical and software-based solutions are successfully introduced, supported, and implemented.
You would also:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ASSA ABLOY products, identify new opportunities and negotiate and close deals with key customers and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, engineers, construction professionals, investors and other key stakeholders.
- Actively promote and introduce relevant products from the global portfolio to the Lithuanian market, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide first-line technical and software support, clearly explaining basic mechanical principles and product functionalities to customers.
- Assist in the installation and implementation of complex solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as a bridge between customers and factories.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in the construction industry or architectural project management, supported by basic engineering knowledge and understanding of architectural project components.
- Has strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn how mechanical and software components work.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different stakeholders.
- Is sociable, accurate and proactive personality, with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Is native Lithuanian speaker with an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
