Sales Product Manager

This role is based in our Vilnius office, where you’ll work closely with local teams and report directly to the Country Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast growing market and be part of a team that drives innovation every day.
What you would do as our Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you would introduce ASSA ABLOY products to the Lithuanian market and support customers in using them.
You would also:
• Building strong relationships with architects, engineers, construction companies, and other partners.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and guiding customers to the right solutions.
• Presenting and promoting our latest global products.
• Explaining product features clearly and simply.
• Supporting customers during installation and implementation of larger solutions.
• Acting as the link between customers and our factories to ensure smooth collaboration.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in construction, engineering, architecture, project coordination, or B2B sales.
• Is technically curious and eager to learn how things work.
• Communicates confidently and enjoys explaining ideas clearly.
• Works in a structured and proactive way.
• Is a native Lithuanian speaker with very good English skills.
