- Position: Sales Planning Specialist
- Report to: PMC Senior Manager
- Location: Factory No.6, Lot CN6, Ba Thien Industrial Park, Ba Hien Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday - Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Receive and maintain Customer Releases and Orders
- Ensure Customer Releases and Orders are received in AX system (in case of CIP)
- Frequent communication with customer: to be contact window between the plant and Sales entities from Order Receipt until Delivery completion to customers.
- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
- Create Delivery Plan in coordination with Shipping and Monitor on Time Delivery
- Create Charts to identify Demand Fluctuations from Customer
- Deviation Management in case of demand changes
- Collaborate with Purchasing Team/Production Planning to ensure Raw Material Availability
- Be part of sales data forecast preparation for short term (SFC1,3,5) and mid/long term sales forecast (FP/FC1/2/3)
- Evaluate and monitor On Time Delivery Performance (OTDC)
- Analysis of Data and Information Sales Planning related
- Maintain Metrics, Reports and Process Documentation
- Requirements:
- BSc/ BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience in customer service field or sales/order management or production control or demand planning in manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills in English (both Speaking & Writing)
- Proficient in using ERP system
- Understanding cost tracking, supply management
- Experience working at EPE (Export Processing Enterprise)
- Good communication with the relevant stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
