Sales Coordinator - Trade

     

 

Purpose:

 

The role is designed to improve trade sales and optimize clients’ satisfaction while developing business and enhancing relationships between the company and the distributors. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing and managing trade client databases with effective end-to-end account management:
    • Grow trade sales in the assigned regions to achieve/surpass the set sales targets.
    • Ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in order deliveries.
    • Assist in debt collections
  • Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
  • Developing and managing relevant client relationships.
  • Conduct product training, demonstrations, and promotions to customers especially for new products.
  • Represent the company in events such as seminars, conferences, and trade fairs.
  • Supporting overall corporate marketing initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • A Diploma/Degree in business/marketing related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience trade business development or sales preferably within the Building and Construction Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Driver’s license.

  • Ability to think creatively and take an innovative and flexible approach to problem solving.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Good team player who is energetic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
