What you will be doing

• Install, configure, test, maintain, inventory, monitor, and troubleshoot network and peripheral equipment vital to the success of end-users across all departments.
• As a trusted assistant to the Senior Systems Administrator you’ll help with Daily/Weekly Server and LAN maintenance and upgrades.
• Work with end-users to identify and deliver required PC service levels.
• Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system workstations
• Experience with hardware components in a PC environment.
• Working knowledge of network environments (printing, drive mapping, etc…)
• Ability to diagnose basic PC problems and formulate working solutions.
• Possess effective time management skills regarding handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to provide service to customers in a professional and supportive manner.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand and sit for period of time.
• Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on a computer or documentation, etc.
• Must have manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and standard office equipment.
• Must be capable of withstanding long periods of viewing data on a computer screen and/or in paper format.
• Ability to interact with a diversity of people and diverse levels of personnel.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
