Who We're Looking For:

• Individuals who are mechanically inclined with a knack for precision and a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Prior assembly experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. We believe in the potential of our team members and offer comprehensive training.
• A detail-oriented mindset with basic math and computer skills, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of your work.
• Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent mobility for moving across workstations and handling tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds (occasionally).
• Effective communicators who contribute to a positive team dynamic, driving productivity and innovation.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Interpreting work orders to meticulously assemble and pack security products, adhering to precise specifications.
• Operating a variety of machinery and tools to craft products that meet our quality benchmarks.
• Collaborating closely with team leaders to align production efforts with schedules, ensuring timely and efficient output.
• Proactively managing materials and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of your production cell.
• Upholding our commitment to excellence by conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Being an integral part of our team, participating in meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.
