What You’ll Do
As our Legal Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for:
- Legal & IP Documentation: Process and manage agreements, patents, trademarks, and copyright documents using Docuware and other systems.
- Contract Management: Work with leadership to negotiate terms with dealers, distributors, and end users, and maintain centralized legal files and databases.
- Compliance Oversight: Support regulatory requirements and ensure documentation aligns with Medeco and ASSA standards.
- Key Control Program Support: Administer keyway maintenance and support for customer care, sales, and product management teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with corporate legal teams, product managers, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to automation and simplification initiatives that enhance legal and compliance workflows.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Skilled in MS Office and comfortable working with databases
- Experienced in customer service and professional communication
- Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Paralegal or compliance experience preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Technical aptitude is helpful
