As our Senior IT Analyst & Coordinator, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Infrastructure & Support Management 
    • Overseeing servers, networks, systems, and corporate applications, ensuring performance and high availability. 
    • Providing advanced technical support and performing root cause analysis to maintain business continuity. 
    • Managing Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and related enterprise tools. 
    • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining workstations for both current employees and new hires. 
  • Information Security & Compliance 
    • Implementing, monitoring, and resolving cybersecurity incidents. 
    • Ensuring adherence to LGPD, ISO 27001, and internal information security policies. 
    • Defining best practices and risk controls to safeguard the organization. 
  • Team & People Management 
    • Coordinating IT tickets, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery. Aligning with the Austin team for support if IT tickets cannot be resolved locally.
    • Delivering onboarding and continuous training, with emphasis on technology use and information security awareness. 
  • Vendor, Contract & Operations Support 
    • Negotiating, analyzing, and overseeing contracts with IT, telecom, software, and service providers. 
    • Monitoring vendor performance and recommend service improvements. 
    • Providing support to Facilities and administrative assistance to Operations in occasional demands. 
  • Projects & Innovation 
    • Leading system migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. 
    • Driving modernization initiatives to improve efficiency and support business growth. 
    • Acting as an interface between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. 

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fields. 
  • At least 4+ years of solid experience in IT infrastructure, user support, and project coordination. 
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (LGPD, ISO/IEC 27001). 
  • Experience coordinating projects, managing vendors, and leading teams. 
  • Professional certifications (ITIL, cybersecurity, Microsoft, cloud). 
  • Native Portuguese. 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
