As our Financial Analyst Accounts Payables, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Prepare all the necessary information to run the Accounts Payables transactions process daily.
• Obtain and mails invoices copies for suppliers as needed.
• Updates accounts payables ledger by supplier.
• Research and processes supplier claims of invoices payments.
• Responds to accounts payables inquiries and conducts follows up on same.
• Contact suppliers by telephone or e-mail as needed to update accounts.
• Maintains accurate and up to date supplier records.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Familiar with IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards
• Strong analytical skills to understand the root cause of variances.
• Performs monthly Accounts Payables reconciliations.
• Assists in preparation of Audit schedules.
• Assists with 2-day month end closing related to Accounts Payables & Banks accounts.
• Understands the internal legacy computer systems (Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management, OAC); to retrieve historical data, including downloads of data into Excel or other applications.
• Prepares other special projects as needed.

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, Spanish, Portuguese language, verbally and in writing, with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed Oriented
• Technical Expertise, finance & accounting analysis knowledge is key for this position, with ability to understand the financial impact of the transactions.
• Proficient math skills, as an advanced MS Excel user.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil or Argentina.

Your Experience and Education include:              

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• 4-6 years’ work experience in area of Finance and Accounting
• Experience with Oracle R12 ERP preferred (GL, AP, AR)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
