IS Analyst – Teamleader

Location:   Rychnov nad Kněžnou or Prague

Reports to: IT Manager East Europe

Job description and responsibilities:

Chosen candidate will be responsible for East Europe application portfolio.

Its activities mainly include application analysis, application integration, maintenance and administration.

We seek someone with a willingness to travel and an inspiring and engaging leadership style.

This position reports directly to the IT Manager East Europe.

Other responsibilities:

• Communicate with end users and suppliers to clarify issues.
• Harmonize requirements from a functional, technical and organizational point of view.
• Works closely with the infrastructure team.
• Project management based on the EMEIA methodology.

The skills and experience you need: 
We are looking for someone who: 

• Has 10+ years of managerial experience in IT roles 
• Has software development and IT project experience –  advantage is knowledge of MS SQL, Power BI, Reporting services or PowerApps
• Has previous experience of working with an ERP platform
• Possesses strong influencing and communication skills, along with an openness and positivity towards change
• Previous experience with ServiceDesk tool or maintenance agreements is advantage.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Czech and English
