What you would do as our Financial Manager
Currently we are looking for a Financial Manager to take over the financial management for our largest site - production facility in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The job holder will ensure quality reporting and analysis of financial and operating trends to enhance effective decision making by the management. The job holder will be an important member of the management team, responsible for day-to-day financial management and financial analysis operations, controlling and ad hoc reporting.

 

You would also:
• Ensure quality reporting and analysis of financial and operating trends to enhance effective decision making by the management and ensure consistency with, and fulfilling of, Group and Divisional internal reporting requirements.
• Do monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closing process and financial package preparation including special reports.
• Analyze  weekly and monthly results (PL and BS) and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to ensure custody of assets, recognition of liabilities/receivables and accurate recording of results.
• Prepare relevant information for budgeting and forecasting (one Annual Plan, two to three yearly budgetary exercises, monthly short-range results view).
• Preparing presentations and data for business reviews and management operational reviews, be responsible for cost controlling, inventory monitoring and cash flow monitoring.

 

The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who:
• Has University degree with the specialization to finance.
• Has minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and has strong knowledge of controlling, preferable in prior experience in matrix environment in other international companies and has knowledge of accounting and Income tax law.
• Is advanced user of office suite with focus on PowerPoint, Excel. HFM and Max ERP is an advantage.
• Is accurate, proactive, flexible, communicative, ability to work independently as well as in team and strong leadership skills.
• Has very good English skills written and verbal.
