Inside Sales Specialist

 

B&B Roadway and Security Solutions, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to be located at our Russellville, AL location.

 

What you will be doing:

 

The Inside Sales Specialist will be supporting all aspects of project management for the B&B Roadway segment. This position will coordinate and facilitate project follow up within the sales team.  The Inside Sales Specialist will demonstrate strong and agile project management skills and facilitate/build relationships with outside and internal customers to obtain key initiatives that are in line with B&B’s vision and goals.

 

 

Job Duties & Requirements:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet expectations of each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. 

 

Education:   

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience (minimum 5 years)

 

Experience: 

 

  • Coordinate day-to-day project management aspects of multiple and/or large-scale projects.
  • Use company assets to track projects through all stages of the project life cycle including warranty period.
  • Coordinate with tech support and engineering team for any warranty, trouble shooting, and design requirements.
  • Assist in the evaluation and design of project offerings and should possess a thorough understanding of company offerings and technical preferences.
  • Serve as a key participant in team and client meetings with the ability to confront issues openly and quickly as well as effectively communicate relevant project information.
  • Pursue excellence in all aspects of business. Will need to build knowledge in the industry and share knowledge with others.
  • Participate in NPD and CPI projects as needed
  • Ad hoc process improvement projects as needed

  • Ability to assemble facts and data to make informed decisions on issues related to products, pricing, delivery and quality.
