As our Delivery Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product and/or services.
  • Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery according to timelines.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, internal and external, from sourcing of components to logistics, assembly and testing, synchronizing with engineering for specials and with technical services for acceptance testing with customers.
  • Facilitating collaboration and resolve internal team issues, monitoring team performance.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders, informing properly on delivery status.
  • Implementing and refining delivery processes and best practices.
  • Using Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies to improve efficiency. 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

 

  • Proven experience managing complex programs across multiple teams or departments.
  • Technical background or understanding of delivery process in small series manufacturing environment for technology products.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills supported by resource planning ability.
  • High School degree, preferably Technical (electronics, electromechanics, software).
  • Technical College degree as a plus, or equivalent experience.
  • Dedicated professional training and qualifications in fields relevant for the job as a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Italian and English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reading and understanding of technical and business documents in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Windows / Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Familiar with ERP applications, experience in the daily use as a plus.
  • Experience in the proficient use of AI tools in business tasks as a plus.
  • Deliverables are released on schedule, meeting agreed quality standards.
  • A single point of contact taking full responsibility for delivery success.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks avoiding impacts on deliveries.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and business priorities.
  • Prompt and clear communication via email and conference calls.
  • Efficiency: complete tasks within the allocated time frame without compromising quality.
