Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

And we have the fantastic opportunity available in Hospitality/Vingcard for a Warehouse and Shipping Associate.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Log all orders to be received
  • Match up our purchase order to vendors packing list
  • Stock all inventory
  • Generate & print all shipments three times a day
  • Pull & ship all orders that print on a daily basis
  • Restock inventory locations on a daily basis
  • Keep the warehouse clean & organized on a daily basis
  • Call freight companies for best rates on heavy packages before shipping
  • Projects a favorable image of Vingcard Elsafe when interfacing with the outside community
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the shipping/receiving department as a whole

 

Required Skills and Performance Criteria:

  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Good computer skills. FedEx & UPS computer knowledge is required
  • Must be detailed oriented & organized
  • Able to drive a forklift and be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Performs assigned duties accurately and efficiently
  • Has positive interaction with clients and company employees
  • Daily attendance and punctuality are required for this position

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
