The Corporate Strategy Manager will work on complex tasks and gain direct access to executive decision making, you will be tasked with supporting the senior leadership team in planning, delivering and implementing high-priority strategic projects that contribute to HID’s overall business strategy and help drive its successful execution.


The EAT Business area encompasses a number of strategically important company technologies including Biometrics, Embedded RFID as well as core capabilities in document scanning and payment.


The Corporate Strategy and Planning Manager will report directly to the head of the Extended Access Technologies (EAT) business area and this highly visible role will have ample opportunity to be intimately involved in all aspects of the corporate strategy with exposure to corporate and business unit leaders across the organization.

As our Manager, Corporate Strategy and Planning you’ll support HID’s success by: 


  • Manage complex research and analyses to drive business case development for key strategic focus areas
  • Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-based problem solving and seek second order implications and insights beyond the obvious
  • Translate analysis output into practical and implementable recommendations
  • Support end-to-end strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.
  • Be an individual contributor and manage projects, including: defining the project scope, performing quantitative analysis, synthesizing recommendations, presenting results to leadership, and driving adoption and implementation.
  • Share insights and recommendations in a structured and easily digestible manner in both written and oral format, persuading based on facts and sound logic
  • Help track and monitor key initiatives and results of implemented strategies
  • Other duties to be assigned as required

  • Ability to analyze key matters relevant to the business area – markets, technologies and structures – providing short and mid-term analysis
  • Ability to present and communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion
  • Ability to design and build effective executive-level presentations
  • High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working independently as well as in a team environment



Your Qualifications and Experience include: 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy or Economics, or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability
  • MBA beneficial  
  • 3-5 years professional experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house corporate strategy
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed
