HID’s Global Marketing Department: 

As HID Global's Marketing function, we work in partnership with multiple disciplines including Sales, Communications, Product / solution marketing and Corporate segment marketing. We work on the full breadth of marketing activities at one time. This position will report to the VP, Marketing and Commericial Excellence and will work with our Extended Access Technologies in their respective Business Unit.

 

 

 

As Our Marketing Communications and Channel Marketing Manager, Access-IS Business Unit, Extended Access Technologies Business Area, you'll support HID's success by

 

  • Leading and coordinating regional marketing campaign planning and execution for the Access-IS Business Unit, leveraging inbound and outbound tactics, both traditional and online.
  • Defining regional buyer persona targets, determining the best tactical mix (inbound & outbound) to drive leads, designing calls to action, executing integrated marketing activities, aligning budget and setting program goals and measurement criteria.
  • Demonstrating a successful history in a B2B marketing role with responsibilities including: regional campaign strategies aligning brand/reputation building, demand creation, and enablement within the overall business area (priorities, objectives, revenue) for new customer acquisition as well as retention; campaign analytics; lead qualification/nurturing.
  • Building and executing a rolling annual and quarterly regional business unit marketing plan and campaigns within the Corporate Framework (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, and market intelligence), aligning with regional sales goals, digital transformation initiatives and annual budgets
  • Interlock with regional segment sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
  • Develop and execute measurable regional demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
  • Collaborate with global resources in the strategic development of marketing campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Communications Manager for Extended Access Technologies to create an overall digital plan and story for the business unit (web, social, webinars, podcasts, online/face-to-face events)

  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships.
  • History of budget management
  • Knowledge in marketing automation tools (Marketo), project management tools (Workfront) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel as required

 

 

Your Experience and Education include:

 

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related area
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, with 1-2 years relevant technology experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
