Area Sales Manager - HVLS (Delhi)



Role Summary: The Area Sales Manager for the Delhi-NCR Region will be a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for spearheading sales activities of High Volume Low Speed Fans. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in technical sales and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key player in our sales team, you will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.



Key responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain robust customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, discussions, and technical consultations.
  • Solution Expertise: Conduct on-site visits to analyze project requirements, offering informed product recommendations, and delivering persuasive product demonstrations.
  • Sales Generation and Execution:
    • Drive lead generation and conversion efforts, leveraging your sales acumen to nurture prospects and achieve successful sales outcomes.
    • Oversee the sales cycle, ensuring seamless progression from lead identification to deal closure, with a focus on timely and satisfactory project completion.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and relevant activities, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Market Presence: Contribute to brand enhancement through participation in marketing events, seminars, and exhibitions, showcasing our offerings and industry expertise.
  • Stakeholder Relations and Collaboration:
    • Cultivate and manage contacts with key decision-makers, end-users, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions to customers and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your technical insights to address customer queries, provide solutions, and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
  • Market Insights: Stay attuned to market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate potential risks.



Key competences:

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, especially in High Volume Low Speed Fans
  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in technical sales, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Education:    Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Languages: English (Critical), Hindi (Critical)

Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word



Experience: Proven experience of minimum 8 – 10 years in Sales Engineer Profile and Installation in Project Management / Electric Motors / Welding Machines / Industrial Flooring / Industrial Floor Paint / Variable Frequency Drives / Electric Overhead Travelling Crane (EOT) Industries.
