1. RESPONSIBILITY
|

- Setup and improve the mobile app automation framework and develop test scripts continuously.
- Work with development and manual testing teams to define the scope for automation testing
- Review test requirements, design test scenarios and create test scripts from automation perspective
- Perform execution of automation scripts, analyze test results, identify, and report bugs
- Troubleshoot issues across client, backend, and data layers
- Follow Git workflows for source control
- Attend project meetings and other team meetings like technical meetings, trainings, report meetings, etc.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY

- Perform well as a QA Automation Engineer
- Work closely with developers and scrum team members for daily automation test activities
- Accountable for overall test automation quality and stability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing efficiency and engineering practices

- To be a part of the software team, bring your best software engineering, leadership, partnering and learning skills with you.
- Define and improve automation framework design and technical approach
- Identify risks and block releases based on quality concerns

4. REQUIREMENTS
|
:
|
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or related
- 3+ years’ experience in automation test is preferred
- Proficient in Python, with strong coding and code structure capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with unittest, pytest, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Appium + Selenium for mobile automation testing
- Able to independently perform real-device debugging (ADB, multi-device handling, permission dialogs, etc.)
- Strong responsibilities in daily test activities
- Ability to learn new technology and apply to daily work
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
