Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reports to: Manager – Talent Acquisition

 

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Trainee is responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates as well as onboarding new hires. He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Work closely with the hiring managers to address their hiring needs and build a suitable talent pipeline
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Assist in Designing & implementing Employer Branding initiatives in the region to build a future talent pipeline and enhance employee experience
  • Ensure end-to-end recruitment life-cycle i.e. gathering requirements, sourcing, offer, and onboarding, are completed within the target job cycle timeframe
  • Other projects as and when assigned

 

Who you are:

 

  • 0-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition
  • MBA or equivalent in Human Resources Specialization
  • Impactful verbal & written communication skills
  • Hands on experience in driving recruitment through Global People Solutions (GPS – SAP Success Factors) or any other HRIS
  • Should have a high level of salesmanship, interpersonal skills and result oriented
  • Display highest standards of work ethics, values and work discipline
  • Good understanding of employer branding
  • MS Office knowledge is mandatory
