1. Position summary:Result-oriented and self-motivated individual experienced in financial forecasting and analytical skills to identify practical insights and draw conclusive results in sales. Possesses commendable interpersonal and customer-centric communication skills to build long-lasting relationships and trust with clients. Highly skilled in CRM software, with the ability to track the sales process, analyze sales rep productivity, and work to improve future sales activities. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly individual set sales & order intake targets/KPI.

3. TEAM STRUCTURE:
• Project sales team include Residential team and Commercial team.
4. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage to achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly sales targets and order in-take targets.
• Align with Distributors to approach Developers, Designers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Door manufacturers and to promote and create brand awareness for assigned product brands in the assigned territories or/and assigned projects.
• Cultivate, develop and manage assigned projects (or/and projects in assigned territories). Constructively hand-over all full information/demands of non-assigned products/projects/customers to other sales representatives or/and other sales channels.
• Build a strong relationship with all projects’ related parties. Deeply understand project designs & project flow charts and technical/commercial needs. Get our respective products influenced, specified and approved accordingly.
• Study competition of each assigned specific project. Prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consultation/direction of the supervisors/company.
• Generate technical & commercial supports where needed. Secure the selling-opportunities. Negotiate & close sales contracts.
• Liaise with the related departments (Logistics, Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, CS,…) on all technical and commercial issues pertaining to the project and track project deliverables and collections.

• Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on CRM in the discipline & the progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
• Follow up and report on defining projects (including project info, progress, problems, solutions and results,…).
• Assist in the development and implementation of new product launch/marketing plans as needed. Coordinate with Product & Marketing department to deliver events/programs to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met as well as to launch the new products.
5. Selection criteria, Relevant Knowledge, and competencies
Must Have:
• Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers in the mentioned territories of Vietnam is preferred
• Good project sales skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related
• Strong familiarity with project management tools
Preferred to have:
• Good experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawing.

• Excellent understanding of the project sales, project management, construction and real estate market
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Team player with a strong “customer-focus” & “sense of urgency” orientation
• Dynamic, self-confident, hard-working, honest and gentle.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
• Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power Point).
• Good command over written and spoken English
Additional Information:
Should be willing to travel extensively across Vietnam.
